All prices prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars.

Can I shop your products without buying a gift box?

YES! Yes you can. There are two ways you can do this. 

When purchasing an individual product, simply add to cart and select “Individual Product Shipping” at checkout. Your item will arrive in our A4 parcel bag. You just won't receive our gorgeous gloss Gift Box with satin ribbon and trim. 

Can I add additional items to a Pre-designed Gift Box?

Yes, you can add additional items added to your cart with a gift box but please note larger items and/or multiple items may not fit in the one gift box. Additional fees will apply. Customers will be contacted prior to shipping if this is the case. 

How many things can I fit into a Design your own Gift Box? 

We suggest 1-5 small items. If you are unsure please contact us hello@supermummaandco.com.au before you purchase and we can guide you. 

What method of payments to you accept?

We accept payment via the following methods

  • Credit Card
  • PayPal
  • Bank Deposit (Australian customers only)
  • Afterpay

Do you offer refunds?

We take pride in sourcing and selling what we believe to be top quality goods and are confident when they leave us they are in perfect condition.

However in the rare occurrence that you do receive a damaged or faulty product we sincerely apologise. Please contact us straight away via email hello@supermummaandco.com.au to arrange a return/exchange. Please include your name, order number, address and details of the fault including a photo too if possible.  

All damaged/faulty items must be returned to us within 10 days of purchase and in the same condition as which you received it and packaging must be returned with the item too. Perishable goods such as food are unable to be refunded. 

We will do our best to exchange the item if we have another in stock otherwise we will provide you with a full refund or store credit, whichever you prefer.

As above we recommend you return your item via a traceable shipping option as we cannot issue your refund if your item goes missing on its return to us. 

Sending perishables? 

We will do everything we possibly can to prevent an obvious chocolate meltdown, but please be aware that Supermumma and Co take no responsibility for chocolates melting during the delivery of the products as this does not qualify as a defective product.

Do you post to hospitals?

Please contact us at hello@supermummaandco.com.au and we will see what we can do -we ask that you provide as much info as possible, ie ward name and room number if known.

Can I get an order delivered on a specific day?

As we rely on Sendle Courier services for deliveries we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Please let us know if you have a preferred delivery date and we will do our best to meet your request however we cannot provide any guarantees.

What if I supply the wrong delivery address?

If you make a mistake or give us the wrong information, let us know as soon as possible and we'll try our best to rectify the situation. However, if the gift box has left our studio or is already delivered, unfortunately we can't do anything about it. We'll always email you a copy of your order straight away so if you don't hear from us please check your spam/junk folder, particularly if you're using a hotmail account. 

What if the recipient is not at home or work to receive their gift box?

Unless you tell us otherwise, other than deliveries containing alcohol, typically we provide an 'authority to leave' your gift in a secure place at the recipient's home if unattended.

If there is no secure location at the nominated delivery address, sendle couriers will leave a calling card with instructions on how your recipient can collect their parcel.

If you do not wish to use 'authority to leave' please advise us at checkout, noting that re-delivery fees may apply. 

Supermumma and Co will not accept any responsibility or liability for lost or damaged parcels marked as 'Authority to Leave'. 

Gifts Containing Alcohol 

Deliveries containing alcohol must be received at the delivery address by a person who is 18 years or over. The recipient may be required to provide a valid identification for proof of age and sign for the product.

If your delivery contains alcohol it cannot be left unattended at the delivery address. If re-delivery is required, there may be an additional re-delivery fee.
