Our beautiful products and Gift Boxes will be sent within 1-2 working days once payment has been received.

All items are shipped from Montrose Victoria with delivery taking place Monday-Friday (excluding all Public Holidays).

All orders placed Friday-Sunday will be sent the next business day. 

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes so please ensure you provide a residential or business address. 





Delivery within Victoria

Standard Shipping

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order had been dispatched. 

We currently use Sendle Couriers for our delivery needs which means your order will be sent via courier and delivery will take approximately 1-2 working days.  

If you are a local to the Yarra Ranges use code 'LOCAL' for free pickup


Delivery outside of Victoria 

Standard Shipping

We currently use Sendle Couriers for our delivery needs which means your order will be sent via courier and may take 5-8 working days to be delivered.

Authority to Leave -  All purchases will be marked as 'authority to leave' upon purchase unless stated otherwise. Your gift will be left in a secure place at the recipient's home if it is unattended. If there is no secure location at the nominated delivery address, sendle couriers will leave a calling card with instructions on how your recipient can collect their parcel. If you do not wish to use 'authority to leave' please advise us at checkout in the notes section, noting that re-delivery fees may apply. 

By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions and therefore 'Authority to Leave' you also agree that Supermumma and Co will not accept any responsibility or liability for lost or damaged parcels.


Gifts Containing Alcohol - Deliveries containing alcohol must be received at the delivery address by a person who is 18 years or over. The recipient may be required to provide a valid identification for proof of age and sign for the product.

If your delivery contains alcohol it cannot be left unattended at the delivery address. If re-delivery is required, there may be an additional re-delivery fee. 



Delivery Times - Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery times. If your gift does not arrive on your preferred date we are unable to cancel your order or credit your account.

However, if you are wanting something delivered on a particular date please email us directly at hello@supermummaandco.com.au before you place your order and an estimated delivery date can be given to try our best to meet your needs. Please note that we still cannot guarantee delivery will be within the estimated date. 



 *Please note that during Christmas and other busy periods of the year, shipping will most likely take longer than the above estimates - please take this into account when placing your oder.
